What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email, and optionally phone, website, budget and message. They are used only to answer your request and prepare a quote (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract). They are sent to us by email through Resend, Inc. (USA) and are never sold or shared for marketing.
• Technical logs: our host Cloudflare processes your IP address and request data to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (legal basis: legitimate interest).
• Embedded videos: YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com, which sets no cookie until you press play. Once you play one, Google's own privacy policy applies.

The site uses no analytics tool and no advertising or tracking cookie.

How long we keep it

Contact requests are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. If you become a client, the data needed for invoicing is kept for the period required by French accounting law (10 years).

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Resend are US companies. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use or restrict it. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
